- First breakfast on board with coffee and croissants (if you reach Dubai in the morning)
- Introduction of "Serenity” Yacht
- Bed sheets and linen
- Boat cleaning service (every Friday)
- Use of on board electronics and households.
- Occupancy of the Yacht (the boat staying at dedicated berth)
- Golf, Gym and swimming pool acces (against a minimum guest fee).
- VIP Parking

Optional:
- Creek day or night cruise: Euro 200 (for about 2 hours)
- Cocktail party at berth or during cruise (price depends on how many guests)
- Laundry and dry cleaning service (at cost)
- Tours: desert safari, camel rides, beaches, Dubai and its surroundings site seeing, Aquapark, etc.). Directly from tours operators.
- Restaurants: at your own cost in the surrounding restaurants: Arabic, Indian, European, Asian food.
- Car rental.

Pratictical tips:
- Best Season: October to May otherwise for Sun lovers any month.
- Hour difference: + 2 hours with Paris, + 3 hours with London.
- Dubai Dressing code: relax, beach wears, no speicific restriction provided you don't go naked in the street!
- Wines and spirits: available in all hotel restaurants but no in shops, advice is to buy yours upon arrival at airport taxfree shops (maximum 4 liters per head)
- Prices: Dubai prices are only taxed with 5% VAT
- Shopping: Carrefour Hypermarket and Shopping mail facing the creek park.
- Transport: taxis, buses and coming soon subway are the more economical ways to move around.
